About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Check In Agent at SIXT UK. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Rental Desk Operations: Manage the rental desk, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, reporting any damage or defects, and ensuring vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to achieve branch goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately complete paperwork and inspect vehicles.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a shift rota, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Driving License: A valid full clean driving license for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role or within the transportation industry would be an advantage.
