About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our team at Priory Group. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, while also ensuring the effective management of our care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care and support
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our service users
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practice in social care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior care management role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practice in social care
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
