The Role

We're seeking a talented Graphic/Mid-Weight Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all marketing and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design static and motion assets for multiple channels, including websites, ads, CRM materials, and social media.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, evolving the Go Thrift visual identity as needed.
  • Lead the design process from concept to delivery, overseeing quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on multi-channel campaigns, creating final assets that align with brand and campaign goals.
  • Execute and manage the creation of digital ads, landing pages, social media visuals, and other marketing materials.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine designs for optimal performance across advertising channels.
  • Design and build dynamic templates for social media and email campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and colour theory.
  • Proven track record in direct response design, creating attention-grabbing graphics that drive conversions.
  • Ability to manage projects with quick turnarounds and meet tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all design work.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker, always seeking fresh design solutions.
  • Experience using data-driven insights to refine and optimise designs for various digital platforms.

  • Full-time, 37-hour contract with a hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office).
