Job OverviewWe're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a crucial role in creating and maintaining our visual identity across various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Asset Development: Design high-converting, data-driven static and motion assets for websites, ads, CRM materials, and social media.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure our visual identity is consistent across all marketing materials, evolving our brand as needed.
- Design Process Management: Lead the design process from concept to delivery, overseeing quality and consistency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and other teams on multi-channel campaigns, creating final assets that align with brand and campaign goals.
- Project Execution: Execute and manage the creation of digital ads, landing pages, social media visuals, and other marketing materials.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to refine designs for optimal performance across advertising channels.
- Template Creation: Design and build dynamic templates for social media and email campaigns.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Portfolio: Up-to-date portfolio showcasing your work and style.
- Soft Skills: Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and colour theory. Proven track record in direct response design, creating attention-grabbing graphics that drive conversions. Ability to manage projects with quick turnarounds and meet tight deadlines. Effective team collaboration and receptiveness to constructive feedback. Meticulous attention to detail in all design work. Strategic and innovative thinker, always seeking fresh design solutions.
- Salary: £25-30K per annum (dependent on experience).
- Contract Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day).
- Location: Blackburn, North-West England.
- Office & Remote Balance: Hybrid working model with a requirement for 2 days per week in the office.
- Annual Leave: 28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays) plus an extra day off for your birthday.
