About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Intastop, a leading manufacturer and supplier of door and wall protection and anti-ligature products. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our Operations and Production departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations and Production teams with sales order processing, manufacturing paperwork, supply chain management, stock control, and logistics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely production of customer orders, including production orders and delivery notes.
  • Liaise with the Sales team and customers to maintain effective communication and information flow regarding orders.
  • Utilize the SAP system to complete production paperwork, ensuring accurate stock activity and customer order dispatch.
  • Record carrier tracking numbers on customer delivery notes and the SAP system.
  • Address delivery issues with customers, obtaining PODs as required.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and customers for order collection.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, printing, and scanning.
  • Assist with goods returned procedures and customer complaints as necessary.
  • Support logistics requirements, including purchase orders, commercial invoices, and courier organization for domestic and international orders.
  • Assist with supplier purchase orders and booking in of supplier deliveries using the SAP system.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and prioritize workload.
