About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Howells Solution. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of construction projects, including external refurbishment programs, to a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site operations, including supervising a team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage and control site administration, including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, investigations, and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on site operations and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.
