Customer Care Inspections Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Inspections Manager to join our client, a reputable House Builder in the North West of England. This permanent role involves conducting pre-inspections of new homes, meeting customers post-occupation, and identifying defects or issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out pre-inspections of new homes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Meet customers post-occupation to discuss any defects or issues.
  • Write detailed reports to discuss with the Customer Care department and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all works are completed to the best quality and to the customers' expectations.
  • Work closely with site teams and contractors to identify recurring patterns or issues.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively.
  • Attend build and sales meetings to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Technical Customer Care Management role or similar in the House Building / New Homes industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of NHBC and NHQC standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Excellent report and email writing skills, with proficiency in IT.
