Project Management Lead North Europe, Healthcare Informatics
Job DescriptionAs a seasoned Project Management Lead, you will oversee and manage large, high-complex, multi-site projects and escalated accounts in North Europe with your team and by yourself. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and balance risks, issues, and progress reports, ensuring timely delivery of our Radiology Informatics solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and external partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in project steering committees to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Customer Project Managers to lead and provide guidance to teams and sub-teams.
- Ensure that our Radiology Informatics solutions are delivered according to scope, quality, budget, and time.
- Manage external parties, such as subcontractors and partners, with complex or customized contracts.
- Monitor and control project budgets and progress, evaluating change requests for feasibility, costs, and benefits.
- Support revenue and cost forecast processes for projects and ensure changes to the forecast are reported and flagged.
- Develop proposals for process improvements and continuous learning to enhance project delivery and customer experience.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with up to 80% travel covering customers in the UK and Nordics.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project/Programme Manager in IT Services/Software delivery/implementation, with knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, PMI) and estimation techniques.
- Strong leadership skills, with a comprehensive understanding of people management, including key skills in project, solutions, and services business.
- Ability to provide strong change management examples, working with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities to gain consensus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders up to C-level and drive change in an agile way.
- Financial knowledge to influence margin in the acquisitions phase and improve margin during execution, as well as successfully keep project budgets on track.
- Full UK Driving License
