Principal Engineering Geologist/Principal Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineering Geologist/Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead or assist in the delivery of geotechnical input to projects, working in a multi-disciplinary project team to complete large-scale projects.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in the industry, a strong working knowledge of digital terrain modelling software, and a thorough understanding of legislation and regulations in relation to the UK quarrying industry.
Key responsibilities will include planning site investigations, designing mineral exploration ground investigations, and undertaking site assessments. The ideal candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have the ability to inspire others to achieve project goals.
About You- You will have a first degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a relevant earth science, and an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering.
- You will be chartered with an appropriate professional body and have a strong working knowledge of digital terrain modelling software.
- You will have a thorough understanding of legislation and regulations in relation to the UK quarrying industry.
