Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure proper storage conditions.
  • Prepare all mise en place with freshness and precision, adhering to strict timeframes.
  • Execute recipes accurately, ensuring consistent portion sizes and quality.
  • Present dishes on designated serving ware, garnished according to standards.

  • Provide guidance and training to junior cooks and trainees.
