Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Administration: Assist the Recruitment Team with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on recruitment activity, analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with GDPR requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruitment Team, HR Department, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and support the company's growth.
Requirements:
