We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Rowley Hall Hospital. As a key member of the clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 would be an advantage
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Competent computer skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team or independently as required
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
  • The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • A flexible and positive attitude
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Shift work, including days and nights
