About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Rowley Hall Hospital. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver efficient and individualized patient care
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
  • Adhere to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients
  • Support the Ramsay Way and People Caring for People values

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 would be an advantage
  • Excellent customer skills and attention to detail
  • Competent computer skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character with strong communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions and use initiative
  • Flexible and positive attitude with computer literacy skills
