About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Acquisitions Administrator to join our Land and Property team at HS2 Ltd. As an integral part of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our land and property interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Land and Property team, ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Support Governance, Reporting, and Finance roles in preparing information packs.
  • Take minutes in meetings and produce reports as required.
  • Manage shared inboxes, allocate actions, and monitor progress.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Make travel arrangements and book hotels and train tickets for the team.
  • Undertake core administrative duties, including electronic filing of documents.
  • Arrange meetings, coordinate workshops, and book meeting rooms.
  • Support the organisation of engagement events.
Requirements
  • IT skills, including the full use of MS Office suite or equivalent.
  • Ability to organise and manage own workload to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Ability to analyse data from IT systems and spreadsheets and compile reports.
  • Ability to produce and present information, documents, and reports to various audiences.
  • Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise emails, actions, and meetings.
