About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in hiring for various roles within our investment banking space. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to fulfill roles across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers on the entire recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to determining sourcing channels, interview processes, and offer structures.
  • Manage candidate queries and the candidate experience from interview through to offer and acceptance, including coordination of interviews, providing candidates with feedback, and managing rejections.
  • Proactively drive direct sourcing by using multiple recruiting channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, external job sites, agencies, and universities.
  • Work as part of the wider international recruitment team on projects, including continuous improvements to the recruiting system and updates to our career website.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates and select universities.
  • Participate in graduate recruitment processes, assisting with interviewing and screening of applications during peak times.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as processing invoices.

Requirements

  • A passion for Talent Acquisition, built on a foundation of experience recruiting within financial services.
  • Attention to detail and experience of delivering a high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience managing a high interview volume or graduate recruitment role would be an advantage.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Experience using an ATS is preferred, and knowledge of Avature is a significant advantage.
