About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Mayflower Court, a modern and purpose-built care home in Norwich. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Work closely with the home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Champion our residents' independence and provide creative solutions to empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.
  • Set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and promote a culture of compassion and respect within the team.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Care Team Leader who shares our core values:

You will have previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, and be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team.

About Mayflower Court

Mayflower Court is a 79-bed modern, purpose-built care home, part of the Bowthorpe Care Village, providing short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in dementia.
