Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Associate to join our team at Rayner Personnel. As a Lettings Associate, you will play a key role in driving the success of our residential lettings business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure excellent customer service and drive business growth.
  • Market properties to potential tenants, conduct viewings, and negotiate lettings contracts to achieve maximum rental income.
  • Work closely with the lettings team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy lettings environment, with a proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and current trends.
