Established Estate Agency Seeks Experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator

About Prima Ardelle Associates

Prima Ardelle Associates is a leading independent estate agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team in a busy office. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for working in both sales and lettings, handling a large scope of opportunities to earn good amounts of commission across both sides of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily Call-Outs and Client Engagement: Conduct daily call-outs to prospective clients, register them, and arrange viewings.
  • Viewing Arrangements: Arrange and conduct viewings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and vendors.
  • Offer Negotiations: Negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcome.
  • Marketing and Canvassing: Engage in canvassing and marketing activities to attract new clients and promote our services.
  • Client Testimonials: Obtain client testimonials and reviews to enhance our reputation and attract new business.

Requirements:

  • Car and Full Driving Licence: Possess a car and a full driving licence.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times.
  • Self-Motivation and Target-Driven: Be self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales and lettings targets.
  • Experience in Property Negotiation: Possess experience as a negotiator in property sales and lettings.
  • Computer Literacy: Be computer literate and proficient in using relevant software and systems.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:45am - 4:00pm. One day off in lieu for working on Saturdays.
