About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The CLR Group. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for generating applicants for our properties, attending daily meetings with your manager and colleagues, and negotiating offers with both tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate applicants for our properties by calling existing databases and responding to enquiries from property portals.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings, and negotiate offers with both tenants and landlords.
  • Hit sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Money-hungry and target-driven.
  • Articulate and professional.
  • Previous experience in lettings is essential.
Benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £22,000, plus on-target earnings (OTE) commission and basic of up to £50,000. You will also receive excellent continued training, company benefits, pension, and career progression and longevity.
