Job Title: Senior Practitioner - Social Work with Families

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team in Children's Social Care. As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide leadership and expertise in social work practice, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and support to social workers in the team
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice models and interventions
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures in children's social care
  • Engage with stakeholders, including children, families, and other professionals
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker with up-to-date registration with Social Work England
  • Experience in children's social care, with a focus on systemic practice
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
