Job Description

Maxwell Bond, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Technical Author to create engaging, informative, and high-quality technical documentation for their business.

This role involves working closely with the company's product, QA, and software engineering teams to produce technical documentation that accurately delivers training to end clients and customers.

The ideal candidate will be an autonomous, technically-minded individual with a background in writing user guides and documentation for in-house teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating documentation and resources for the wider engineering team, infrastructure, cloud, and support teams
  • Developing user guides that accurately deliver training to end clients and customers
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent written and verbal communication

Benefits of this role include:
