Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Leidos Holding. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing commercial and contractual elements of our contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Provide commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation of contracts
- Lead the commercial evaluation and preparation of contract change proposals
- Scrutinize and govern contract change proposals, providing high-quality contract drafting and negotiation
- Own contract management and contract compliance activities for the programme
- Proactively manage customer disputes and complaints
- Provide timely commercial advice to project and delivery teams
- Ensure financial aspects and impact of contracts are clear to all parties
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with customer commercial/contracts teams
- Liaise with other Leidos operating units and corporate departments as required
- Extensive experience of managing commercial and contractual elements of a contract change pipeline
- Strong comprehension of programme technical performance metrics and financial status
- Ability to operate independently and communicate effectively with technical staff, peers, management, customers, regulators, and others
