Join Our Team as an Asset Management Modelling Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Asset Management Modelling Team Lead to join our Data Science and Modelling function within the Asset Intelligence & Innovation area. As part of our Chief Engineer's team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading a new team to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in the water sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a new team of modellers to excel and deliver cutting-edge solutions
  • Develop and shape our modelling strategy to enhance decision-making across the organisation
  • Innovate with advanced technologies such as AI, ML, and data science to solve complex challenges
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions
  • Drive results and deliver high-quality outcomes at pace, adapting to emerging demands and reprioritising tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a modelling team is desirable
  • Track record of driving innovative projects to successful completion
  • Experience with or an understanding of data science, AI, and ML concepts will be highly beneficial
  • Strong understanding of waste networks and systems
  • Ability to think outside the box to develop novel solutions
