We are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing company to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner for their operations. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the business in achieving its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Employee Relations support to a site of 450 staff, including disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, sickness, absence, and performance management
  • Support with sickness and occupational health, including return to work interviews
  • Work in partnership with Trade Unions as necessary
  • Coach and support managers in best people practice
  • Lead on engagement with employees to develop business needs
  • Maintain the HRIS, preparing reports as required
  • Review HR processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Guide, mentor, and coach a HR Advisor

Requirements:

  • Experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Coaching, and Influence

Working Hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8.30am – 4.30pm
  • 5 days on site
