Job Description

Rapiscan Systems, a leading provider of detection technology, is seeking a highly skilled Service Administrator/Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Service Coordination team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day running of our operations is executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Service Coordination function, ensuring the team is carrying out their core tasks and responsibilities in line with business and customer requirements.
  • Oversee the allocation of field service engineers, planned maintenance, customer quotes, and Call Centre Activity.
  • Develop and implement scalable systems and processes to drive business growth and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including field service, key accounts manager, contract manager, supply chain, tech support, and partner manager, to ensure a consistent approach across EMEA.
  • Monitor and report on revenue and cost targets, ensuring timely communication of changes both externally and internally.
  • Ensure all service transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP database, including raising new service orders, inventory, and RMA processing.
  • Provide first-line escalation support for day-to-day customer queries.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date reference documentation, ensuring timely communication of changes both externally and internally.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with experience in Navision a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of service operations and coordination.
