Apprentice Site Manager Job Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Site Manager. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects, including preparing site plans and schedules.
  2. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  4. Provide commercial advice on costs and contracts to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  5. Collaborate with design teams to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.

Requirements

  1. Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 120 UCAS points (may vary depending on FE/HE Establishment).
  2. 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
  3. Ability to travel to construction sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
