  • Reviewing site valuations to assess progress against contract sums and project cash flow.
  • Providing support in basic contract administration tasks, including change control and cost reporting.
  • Conducting design checks and reviews related to funding and client requirements.
  • Identifying and documenting site risks, reporting findings to senior colleagues.
  • Maintaining tracker documents to monitor progress on various contractual matters.
  • Communicating with clients, contractors, and third parties while assisting senior team members with inquiries.

Qualifications Required:

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with grades C+ or 4+, including English and Maths.
  • 112 UCAS Tariff points at level 3 (preferably including a mathematics-related subject) or an Advanced Diploma in a construction-related field.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of building construction or a strong desire to learn.
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with standard forms of contracts, including the JCT suite.
  • Possession of a UK driving license and access to transportation.

Personal Attributes:

  • Professional demeanor with a proactive approach and openness to feedback.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
