Zoho Corporation B.V. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for prospects during their evaluation of Zoho's suite of products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Zoho's product offerings and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and presentations to prospective clients highlighting the benefits and features of Zoho's suite of products.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the process.
- Maintain a viable pipeline of opportunities, nurture them, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Presales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the MD and the Director of Sales, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with customers and implementation partners, as needed, to achieve overall satisfaction with the solution and create a trusted, three-way partnership between customer, partner, and Zoho.
- 2-4 years of new business sales/business development experience from a software/SaaS background.
- Prior experience in selling SaaS applications, such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, Marketing Apps, and HRMS, is preferred.
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals in the SMB and Mid-Market segments, as well as consistently exceeding new business revenue targets.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment.
- Open to travel domestically for customer meetings.
- Comfortable using tools, such as CRM, for process management and reporting.
- This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office a week.
- This is a full-time position with a 40-hour working week.
