Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales targets.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain a viable pipeline of opportunities, nurture them, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including presales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with customers, implementation partners, and other stakeholders to achieve overall satisfaction with the solution and create a trusted, three-way partnership between the customer, partner, and Zoho.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of new business sales/business development experience from a software/SaaS background.
  • Prior experience in selling SaaS applications, such as CRM, ERP, accounting, marketing apps, and HRMS, is preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing B2B deals in the SMB and mid-market segments, as well as consistently exceeding new business revenue targets.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos, highlighting the key value proposition.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment.
  • Open to travel domestically for customer meetings.
  • Comfortable using tools, such as CRM, for process management and reporting.
