**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Check in vehicles, including entering customer and vehicle information on internal software.
- Create quotations for customers on repairs and works, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Arrange vehicle pick-up dates, times, methods, and locations with customers.
- Monitor repair and works status, keeping customers informed.
- Explain and hand over repair and work details to the workshop team.
- Perform visual inspections of vehicles before and after any works conducted.
- Undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service and Workshop teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive sector is desirable.
- Experience in a customer contact and customer support position.
- General IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
