Position Overview:

As a key member of our team at MPJ Recruitment Ltd, you will take on the role of a Litigation Manager specializing in Clinical Negligence. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Clinical Negligence cases from their initial stages through to trial. Your duties will include:
  • Gathering and organizing medical documentation
  • Ideally, you will possess qualifications as a newly qualified solicitor or have substantial experience in litigation
  • Demonstrating strong legal and investigative capabilities
  • Eligibility for performance-related bonuses
