About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our client's well-respected Healthcare Litigation team in Liverpool. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for running a full caseload of clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and other defendant clinical negligence clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of clinical negligence claims
  • Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless case management
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a Defendant Clinical Negligence team
  • Experience in handling clinical negligence claims
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
