About the Role
  • Title: Children's Residential Support Worker
  • Location: Brierley Hill
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week including weekends
  • Shift Pattern: 7am - 1pm / 7am - 9pm / 1pm - 9pm
  • Salary: £26,187.20

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children
  • Maintain a homely and friendly environment
  • Perform household chores such as cleaning and laundry

  • Support with personal care and medication

Requirements
  • Experience as a Children's Support Worker or in a similar social care setting
  • Must be a driver with a full license and a car
  • Must be over 21 years old
  • Empathetic and relatable person with good listening and communication skills
