Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pre and post-contract procurement activities, providing guidance and advice on project scale/scope as required.
  • Carry out commercial health checks, ensuring the project's commercial position is managed effectively.
  • Manage the invoice and credit note process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Support customer meetings, providing commercial expertise and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in commercially managing investment projects.
  • Good understanding of railway and construction industry forms of contract.
  • Good negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
