Job Title: National Account Development Manager

Job Summary:

Steele Charles Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and agree commercial strategies with the Senior Management Team to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and optimize product ranges to ensure efficient sales and revenue growth.
  • Liaise with technical, purchasing, and production departments to ensure sales and revenue targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Liaise with marketing and product development teams to understand product ranges and identify unique selling points.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in National Account Management or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
