  • Employing critical thinking to swiftly identify revenue-generating opportunities. Utilize data as your primary metric to evaluate performance against expectations.
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-achieving sales team. Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to unlock their full potential and drive outstanding results.
  • Exploring innovative solutions and bringing strategic plans to fruition both within your team and across departments.
  • Assessing training requirements and taking the initiative to implement necessary improvements.
  • Building and maintaining a robust network of advocates among key clients, industry associations, and other strategic partners.

Qualifications

  • A proven history of leading and nurturing successful sales teams.
  • Ability to manage a complex sales pipeline, accurately reviewing and forecasting performance, market trends, and potential risks.
  • Experience in mentoring sales professionals, leading in areas without direct authority while promoting sales excellence through consistent training and skill development.
  • Monitoring market trends and customer insights to drive innovation and inform sales strategies.
  • Expertise in delivering top-tier exhibitions, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies, and effectively representing the company at industry events.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
