Senior FP&A Professional

Investigo is partnering with a leading technology business in Berkshire to find a dynamic and strategic Senior FP&A professional to join their best-in-class team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional heads to provide financial support and insights for decision-making, participating in senior leadership meetings and presenting financial data to highlight key trends and issues.
  • Lead the Finance Business Partner to ensure accurate and well-maintained financial models.
  • Oversee monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes to ensure timely delivery of key results.
  • Ensure business partners understand their financial commitments and provide guidance on managing risks and opportunities to maximize financial performance.
  • Review monthly results against forecast and budget, providing key variance information to Finance and Operational SLTs and explaining implications of variances on the forecast.
  • Work closely with the broader finance function to develop and deliver comprehensive information on the performance of the product portfolio.
  • Requirements:
    • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant
    • 3-5 years of experience in a strong FP&A function
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
