Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Tate Hitchin. As a Sales Office Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for customers, addressing their enquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and add to the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project updates and seamless communication with clients
  • Provide quotes and fill out Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
  • Update the team with daily orders and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Confident, caring telephone manner
  • Customer-centric mindset with good people skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly
  • Previous customer service and admin experience
  • Full UK Driving licence is essential
