Job Purpose:As the Children's Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the daily care of children and young people, ensuring consistent planning and programme implementation aligns with the organisation's aims and objectives while meeting each individual child's needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure an efficient operation of the residential home and service in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Support and guide your care team to provide the highest standards of care to all young people.
- Encourage and support young people in engagement with therapies, education, and developing their independence.
- Develop and implement bespoke therapeutic care packages tailored to meet the specific needs of each young person.
