If you have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar function in the freight forwarding industry, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work under pressure, we encourage you to apply. * Arranging import shipments from worldwide origins
* Coordinating with clients and other branches
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Handling order traces, checking BOLs, AWBs, commercial invoices, and processing pre-alerts from overseas offices
* Maintaining in-depth customs knowledge and completing import customs entries

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar function in the freight forwarding industry
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
* Willingness to work occasional overtime
