Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process candidate sign-in, explain the test process, and administer and invigilate tests.
  • Ensure all compliance standards relating to test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized test centre environment.

Requirements

  • A friendly and professional team player with excellent timekeeping.
  • Experience in using computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work different days and times, including weekends.
  • Willingness to travel to other test centres to provide support.
