Job Title: Test Centre Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of exams at our test centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and other stakeholders
  • Process candidate sign-in and explain the test process
  • Administer and invigilate tests
  • Ensure compliance with test centre operation and security protocols
  • Perform general housekeeping duties
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work different days and times
  • Willingness to travel to other test centres to provide support
