Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Commercial Director, playing a crucial role in the success of Bvlgari Hotel London by nurturing existing relationships and forging new ones that enhance the hotel's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new revenue streams and optimize sales for groups and events to surpass the hotel's financial targets.
  • Proactively market the hotel’s accommodations, event venues, and dining options to both new and returning clients, ensuring consistent annual growth aligned with sales objectives.
  • Essential to your success will be your ability to identify, cultivate, and maintain robust relationships, while recognizing sales opportunities for groups and events and converting them into profitable business for the hotel.

Brand Ambassador Role: As a representative of Bvlgari Hotel London, you are expected to embody the hotel and brand standards, showcasing exceptional and proactive interactions with guests and colleagues, while delivering impeccable service.

Qualifications: You should be a well-presented individual with outstanding guest service abilities, as your engagement with guests will be one of your most valuable skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required, and eligibility to work in the UK is essential. Knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous.
