About the Role:
Talent Finder Jobs is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finances of the company, including purchase and sales ledgers, bank accounts, and multiple currencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial systems, including accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments.
- Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in financial management, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
