Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our UK Digital team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns for our esteemed Higher Education clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Provide detailed client reports and ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for effective campaign tracking and measurement
  • Manage campaigns across meta channels, including Snapchat, TikTok, and DV360
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of paid media activities
  • Manage the overall budget for paid media initiatives
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Digital Media Specialist role, or a Senior Paid Media Executive with a few years experience ready to take the next step up
  • Technical knowledge and experience with paid social campaigns on Meta Ads
  • Tracking and reporting experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Good communication skills - comfortable presenting to clients, colleagues and large groups
  • Experience working in an agency environment is preferable but not essential
  • Experience running activity across Programmatic networks not essential but preferred
