The Night Operations Supervisor is a results-oriented professional focused on enhancing the efficiency of the night shift while fostering a culture of safety. This role is pivotal in building a cohesive team that takes pride in producing high-quality products that consistently meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a health and safety culture across all operational sites, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee that all products manufactured meet established quality standards before leaving the site.
  • Optimize site operations to achieve maximum efficiency and fulfill production objectives.
  • Manage operational budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement aimed at reducing costs and enhancing quality.
  • Maintain high employee morale by fostering open communication and addressing any personal or work-related issues.
  • Lead initiatives that drive improvements in site performance and employee engagement.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and manage employee absences in accordance with company policy.
  • Effectively manage material inventory to ensure optimal usage.
