Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Live-in Care Professionals in Redbridge and Walthamstow. As a Live-in Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a range of services to support their daily needs, including:
- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Household Management: Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Companionship: Engaging in activities and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Meal Preparation: Preparing healthy and nutritious meals
You will need to have:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Organizational Ability: Capacity to manage daily tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Compassion and Empathy: Understanding and sensitivity towards the needs and feelings of older adults
We offer a competitive pay rate of £910 per week, double pay on Bank Holidays, and a range of benefits, including:
