Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients in the London Borough of Redbridge.
Key Responsibilities- Reflect the core values of Home Instead and contribute to a positive living environment for our clients.
- Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions.
- Maintain regular communication with line managers and office staff.
- Provide companionship and support to our clients, including accompanying them to appointments and activities.
- Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
- Support our clients with personal care needs, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes.
- Ability to undergo a full DBS check.
- No prior care qualifications or experience are necessary, as we provide award-winning training.
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or Health Care Assistant is desirable but not required.
- A variety of working patterns, including morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and night shifts.
