About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team of Live-in Care Professionals at Home Instead. As a Live-in Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized support and care in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental health.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the care sector, preferably in a live-in care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful attitude.
- Right to work in the UK.
