Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage tables and ensure timely delivery of orders, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Upsell and promote additional revenue opportunities, such as special menu items and beverages.
  • Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualification Standards

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
